Delivery, returns and exchanges in Georgia
This guide covers orders delivered in Georgia. Prices in the Georgia store are displayed in Georgian lari (GEL). Check your delivery address, order details and the available payment options at checkout.
When will my order arrive?
- Tbilisi: on weekdays, orders placed before 15:00 are delivered the same day. Orders placed at or after 15:00 are delivered the following day. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday are delivered in Tbilisi on Monday. The cutoff uses Tbilisi time.
- Other regions of Georgia: delivery takes 2–3 business days.

How long do I have to request a return or exchange?
Returns can be requested within 14 calendar days of receiving the item. Exchanges are available within 30 days of receipt, subject to the applicable conditions and replacement availability. Read the full refund policy for conditions and steps.
Who pays for return shipping?
The buyer pays return shipping for an ordinary return or exchange. This does not limit rights relating to defective or incorrect items; contact us so we can address that issue.
